Very Difficult to Make Work
I ended up having to buy TWO (2) sets of this product to get one that I could finally manage to get to fit and I'M STILL NOT SURE this 2nd set is going to be without problems. After the 1st install, the windows were left closed for 72+ hours. On the 1st try to lower/raise the driver's window the front & rear edge of deflector caught the glass and failed to close. Same on the other 3 windows. The 3M tape wasn't holding the deflectors out far enough on all windows. Eventually the driver's glass caught the deflector on the rear edge and broke it. The tape on all deflectors was not adhering to the deflector nor the window channel - and YES - it was cleaned and prepared according to instructions. After leaving the other ones on and UP a few more days, they still caught the glass when operated. Took them all off and the tape stuck to the channel but not the deflectors. As I wanted to have deflectors on the Acadia, I reluctantly ordered another set. I installed these according to instructions and after SEVERAL DAYS I tried them. These TOO hit the glass on all windows on the initial tries. I decided to try stuffing paper towel pieces from the inside of the windows up between the glass and inside of the window channels on both ends of the deflectors and I left them for another 2 days. I gently removed the paper towels and lowered the glass. Then raised the glass and found that the glass still touched the deflectors but not to the point of actually stopping the glass as it closed. Still not sure this will continue to "fix" the issue but have tried several times and "SEEMS" to work for now. One should not have to go to these lengths to get something that is supposed to be engineered to work on a specific automobile. I believe that I should be reimbursed for the first set that did not work but that probably won't happen.

Not a good fit for a 2017 GMC Acadia Denali.
These are not a good fit for a 2017 GMC Acadia Denali. The back set cannot be installed normally and must, according to instructions given over the phone by the very nice AVS customer service tech, be installed *over* the left side of the window channel and tucked under the trim outside the channel. ??? Yes, you need to compromise the seal of your vehicle to seat one end of the (back) window deflector; and it will have to "jump" the channel to tuck under the trim, so it doesn't even lay flat. Why is it not simply made to fit inside the window channel at both ends? (And this weird move is only at one end. The other end, along with the rest of the deflector, fits into the channel.)The front set fit and stayed in place for a week or so, but then the passenger-side window deflector came loose and caught when I rolled the window up. (See picture.) This bent the deflector and it cannot be restored to its original shape.I do not recommend these deflectors.

They will fit
I first installed these, the rear ones didn’t fit like the directions tell you and windows hit them coming up. After reading reviews a lot of complaints about this, but one person says that the install is incorrect. The side tab needs to go between the rubber seal and outer trim, I went back and did this and now fit and function is great.AVS needs to update the install instructions as they do fit when installed correctly.

Watch the fit because of the window Seal
Clean the rubber seal with the included alcohol pad where the window closes first thing and check the fit first before making it permanent,Looks Great and works great just the window seal can cause a problem with installation which can cause the adhesion not to restick so get some double sided sticky tape to replace it with scrap off the existing with single edge razor blade and clean and put on the new tape then install keeping windows up for multiple days "Auto car wash safe"

Great product, but didn't fit my car
My fault, really. I searched for a 2020 Acadia and this is what came up. While we were waiting for warmer weather to install, the return window closed. Again, my fault. But, some of the tape was off of the shade when we opened it, so we had to put it back on before we could try to install them. Not really a deal killer, but long term, if we did install them could have compromised the stickiness. Anyway, if you want vent shades, these are the best brand, have had them on every vehicle I have owned, and will order ones that will fit my car (and double check the year, so I don't mess up again!) You will love them!

Read the directions. Step 3.
I had the same problem thinking the rear shades didn’t fit and the window was hitting the shade in the front. We didn’t read the directions correctly. There’s a reason there is no stick/red film on the one side. It goes between the trim and exterior surface. The other end goes in the window channel. It’s in step 3 and 7. Easy install. Fits perfect on my 2018 GMC Acadia. One set I ordered came broken, but I was promptly refunded. Great service. Very happy.

Don't bother installing the rear windows
As stated in several other reviews, the rear deflectors are junk. I've purchased over a dozen sets of these deflectors over the past 15-20 years and this is the first set where the in-channel mounting is partially on the outside for the rear doors. The front deflectors mount normally, but the rear jam. Really disappointed. Auto Ventshade engineers bombed on this one.

Didn’t stick and didn’t fit
They didn’t stick in channel. One of the rears was too long so it bowed out and broke. The front ended up breaking after rolling the window down and then trying to roll it back up, but it wasn’t stuck in channel and it snapped. Super disappointed.
