Apply the scrub in the shower on the wet skin and massage with circular movements upwards. Leave on for a maximum of 5 minutes. Eliminate the product by rinsing with warm water and ending with cold water for a greater tonification. If you think it is necessary you can apply moisturizing products, cream or body oil after the use to complete the treatment.
