I used this product for my mother, who had severe anxiety. Prescription medication did not help. This product gave her some relief.Later I used this for myself and had very good success in relieving anxiety and insomnia.

I was actually recommended this product from my Naturopathic Doctor for my intense anxiety and panic attacks. It works so well! Better than a cup of tea by itself and better than supplements that come in plastic. I have also heard that tinctures are more easily absorbed because thy are already in the purest form and your body doesn't have to break down the capsule.If the flavoring is too strong, try adding the tincture to a boiling cup of hot water or tea. The alcohol will dissipate and the health properties will still be left.

Only thing that helps me sleep at night. Good Valerian alternative.

I can't bring myself to try it because it has a sticker about containing lead. The website should say that to spare me the trouble of buying and returning it.

My acupuncturist recommended this formula - it is perfect!

If you can get past the smell and pungent taste that stays with you for hours, it works well. I had to toss the product - couldn't get past the nastiness...
