I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for a few months and I’ve tried a few electrolyte options to flavour my water. I’ve heard about this product, but was put off initially by the high price. However, having taken the plunge, I can say that it’s the best there is. The taste is just on point and delivers the much needed electrolytes perfectly. I have reordered LMNT electrolytes many times, and they have become a staple in my routine. Out of all the flavors I've tried, Raspberry is by far my favorite. It has a great taste and is one I never get tired of. One of the biggest reasons I enjoy LMNT is that it contains zero sugar. I appreciate being able to replenish electrolytes without consuming added sugar, which is important for those who are monitoring their sugar intake or simply prefer sugar-free options. These electrolytes do have a noticeably salty taste compared to many sports drinks, but that's to be expected given their electrolyte content. Even so, I find the Raspberry flavor balances it well and makes it very enjoyable to drink. The convenient single-serve packets are easy to take on the go, whether I'm traveling, exercising, or just trying to stay hydrated throughout the day. Overall, I think LMNT makes an excellent electrolyte product. The Raspberry flavor is fantastic, the ingredients are simple, and the sugar-free formula keeps me coming back.
