if you have a well water and lower water pressure does this product work well?

The instructions tell you how to remove the flow restriction parts if you happen to have low water pressure. Still, if its really low then it might not work well. Note - I love this shower head so I hope you can get it to work.

is the lifetime warrenty apply to antimicrobial protection (against mold)? We got for mold protection a yr ago, now it's back

Where is the click lever? Mine literally does not have one for me to adjust the settings.

On the face of the shower 3 blue dots alternate with a petal looking appliqué except where the switch is located.. it only has 2 dots. The switch can also be seen off the perimeter of the shower head. If you still can’t find the switch/adjuster it’s probably missing?
