after much research on hrt, spermogenises and dried out testes due to being on testosterone replacement therapy and of reading that it is purported to be a 2000 yr old cure for impotence, I gave it a try. I took it at the minimal 2 tablet dose per day and could feel breathing better {i'm asthmatic} that it claimed to do, and my testes are of a slightly bigger size before hrt. my blood pressure didn't elevate as when taking aswagatha and all the other purported testosterone stimulants. I would give it a 5 star if it cured erectile dysfunction, but it doesn't. it will only plump up your testes by promoting natural spermogenesis and make you breath easier. I believe that for asthma purposes, I should probably take 4 dosages a day and am going to give it a weeks trial very soon.
