SYNCOG Wireless Bluetooth Microphones System (G1A)

Ça faisait un moment que je cherchais un système pour améliorer la qualité audio de mes vidéos.Je suis alors tombé sur le système wireless de synco et j’ai vraiment été surpris par la qualité audio et physique du système.C’est “plug and play” comme on peut dire. La synchronisation entre le transmetteur et le récepteur se fait automatiquement. Tout ce que j’ai eu à faire c’est de brancher le récepteur dans ma caméra et le micro dans le transmetteur.La qualité du son que donne le micro Lav inclus avec le système est franchement impressionnante. Des basses clair qui donne une voix chaude et des hautes qui ne sont pas agressantes.Le range est excellent! J’ai enregistré mon frère qui était à l’autre extrémité de mon terrain et je n’ai eu aucune perte de signal.Peut facilement être comparé aux grandes marques qui offres un système similaire.

After weeks of emails back and forth with Syncona customer service trying to figure out why my brand new mic didn't work I gave up. It didn't work for day one and I was convinced it was an issue with the transmitter or receiver. I gave them the benefit of the doubt going back and forth over and over trying different things including a detailed video showing exactly how I'm connecting and using the device. I finally just said I was done trying to convince them and would just buy a different brand of mic and move on to which they replied agreeing to send a new replacement mic free of charge. The new mic arrived this week and works perfect!

EDITED: Times have passed since I've returned the faulty product, and costumer service have reached out to me and offer me a replacement. And I do believe in second chances to make a product work; as I've mention on my first review I really wanted the product so I'm excited that I got another chance on it. After some test runs using my Phone and Camera as well as just Voice recording I've finally achieved the result I was looking for when I purchase this Microphone. I do a lot of Voice Over and I usually go in my closet to record my stuff but with this Mic, I could do without. Clean cut voice recording even with a distance and I find that using the lavalier is so much better than just the mic receiver.Now I couldn't have been more satisfied with the result.Talk about early Christmas Gift ^_^ (2021)FIRST REVIEW:I’ve read and watched reviews of this product before I decided to finally purchase one. Was so excited to use it the moment it arrived. But it didn’t meet my expectations at all. It was very quiet for me almost like I’m whispering when I’m recording, I could only get the right volume when I hold the transmitter right on my mouth. I’ve tried everything I can think of to make it worked as I like the whole idea and the whole package is just right for me. But sadly I’m better off recording on my phone without a mic. So I’m in the process of returning this item as I’m writing this reviews.

I was so excited when it arrived. As other people posted the photos it came with a nice solid case that can hold all the accessories. The setting up process was super easy and I was able to start using right away.I used this for my online live yoga classes. The super small size worked well but the clip didn't hold it during my hatha yoga classes I ended up putting it inside my yoga pants.I hate to admit but the sound quality wasn't as great as I expected. I have seniors in my audience and quite often raised the volume up to the 4th level, and the sound quality dropped significantly. My older generation Logitech Bluetooth headset has better sound quality that I'm happy with so I still use it.After only using about 6 months it stopped working. I've contacted the support directly from SIMCO website but never received any reply. I will post updates in the future if I hear from them.If you are looking for something decent and longer lasting I would recommend paying a bit more and get a more reliable set.

Good device overall, very disappointed that there wasn't more strain relief for the internal mic. After using it fairly regularly it broke after 3 months. Of course it's now out of its warranty period at this point.
