Purchased for restaurant prep/salad station. It does the job. The only minor thing I could say is, it does not have silicone or something to help keep it from moving on the prep table. But a minor additional purchase fixed that. We will see how long it will hold up in a fast pace restaurant prep/salad station. 😀

I had to buy two which is cheaper. They worked well so far with eggs. Had not had a chance to use them on other food.

I eat one hard-boiled egg a day, and often find that I need an extra slicer. These work perfectly and are easy to clean (I just put them in the dishwasher). Reasonable price.

Have used only once since purchase. appears to be a quality product and hopefully will stand up over time, not like so many prior slicers I have owned.

After 9 months of regular but not daily use, 1 end wire has come loose and does not work, but remaining ones are functioning as new. Body is very sturdy. Good quality product for a fair price.

As a restaurant owner, why does my egg slicers disappear like socks in a dryer??? While I have them, they get a 100!

I use a lot of eggs for salads and I hate cutting them up. My life has been made so much easier by discovering this kitchen tool! And its easier to clean if you rinse it off right away but if you forget it still comes off quite easily with hot water and soap.
