I'm extremely unhappy with this product It didn't even last a full month. Both collars are junk one only works while positioned on the top of the dogs neck and the other one is completely frozen and won't communicate with the remote . These haven't been exposed to any water or heavy use so I'd hate to see what actually happened when put to the test that they say they can handle.

Instructions are terrible. Read them step by step and I could not sync the remote to each collar. Tried it many times and even let my neighbor try since she has a shock collar for her dog. She and her husband could not figure it out and get it to work either. Total waste of money.

Bought this shock collar for my two small dogs. It worked well for a short period of time. One collar quit working completely, the other collar works occasionally. Will try looking for another brand.

Well, I am indeed disappointed that these didn't last but about a month in use. Neither will charge any longer, so now they're trash. It worked well in the beginning, but I was skeptical about how far away they would work, as it seems that when my dogs got just to the other side of the pond, about 200 yards away, neither would respond to any signal. There is a lifetime replacement guarantee, and I certainly hope they honor it.
