Every page of this journal has prompts asking for the name of a plant and information regarding the plant on the front of the page, and room for notes and a place to attach the plant tag on the back. There are no black pages in this book, so no places to draw garden maps or record daily observations as your garden as a whole as you progress through the garden year. Less prompts and more blank pages would be better so I must return. If this sort of arrangement suits your needs, you will find the book very sturdy and attractive.

This is made of spiral-bound heavy card stock covers and pages give common entries for the home garden. You can keep records of germinations, planting, harvests, and many other details about soil or sun preferences. A good companion to keep track of everything in the backyard garden.

Great quality. I really like it. Will be very useful to record information for yard care. It has space to record information on 100 plants, give or take. We have 92 plants and 24 small trees in our yard, so I will be purchasing a second Gardener's journal today, so that I have space to record all 116 plants (and room for potential new additions as well). Highly recommended.

It's a nice journal but it doesn't give you alot of flexibility on how you would document. Every page is the exact same. We were hoping for something where we could document about the seeds but also about the garden lay out, observations etc. We will still use it but will have to find a separate journal to log all the rest.

Got this for a gift, it will work great.

This is my second Gardeners Journal of the exact same kind. I was glad to find one on here as the shop I had gotten my first one in is closing. This book is going to be a guide for whomever takes over my gardens and property when I am gone. I love the format of the page..it helps me think how to organize my thoughts. And it has plenty of room for random and personal info. My first garden journal was accidentally left out in a rain storm, and it survived....and I cried. I love my journal.
