Very nice, as pictured
Very high quality. It's sharp out of the box but not extremely sharp. I'll fix this. Other than that it's great. The blade is strait. The balance is in the handle. It feels good in my bit bigger than average hand. The only problem I see is it's hard to tell the orientation of the blade without looking or touching. This can be a problem in the dark. But for display on the wall it looks great.

Better then advertised
I was a little skeptical with only one review but damn worth every penny. Bought this for my son for Christmas and upon arrival I can’t wait to buy something else from this seller for myself. Couldn’t be more impressed

If there were six stars, that's what I wold give it.
I was blown away when I managed to unwrap this blade. It is extremely well protedted in transit and came throuygh in flawles condition. My first impression was being awestruck with the beauty of the piece. Every bit of metal is crefted of beautiful damascus steel. The wood is perfet and very well finiched. I even give high marks to the leathercraft of the scabbard.. The gladius feels a bit heavy, but the balance is good. The edges are very sharp and the piece is ready for combat right out of the box.
