Bought this kit thinking it would have what I needed to repair the rod tip and a guide on my spinning surf fishing rod... It didn't. The rod tips included are small sizes, and rod guides are too small and kinda useless. However, this kit has saved me a few times with my bass baitcasters. The rod tips fit, and have served decent on my 7'0 Abu García vengeance, and 7'0 med hvy Berkeley lightning rod. You still will need rod glue, or super glue but I had that laying around. Slightly regret buying this kit for the wasted parts, but for what I paid it has gotten a fair amount of use.

I use these to fix up rods I buy at Yard Sales. I fix them up and give to neighborhood kids. They work great on fresh water lighter style rods. I have fixed a dozen all ready. Very easy to use and strong

This product is useless, the rod tips are extremely SMALL almost Useless. The largest one is the only usable piece.Theses are waste of purchase...

I bought these so I could attach a couple of them to one of my trekking poles for a spare fishing rod. Works perfectly. Took one of my old broken fishing rods and mounted the real cleat to the handle and it works great.

They look like quality. Very happy with them. Good deal
