Poor quality. Bad customer service. Ripoff
The media could not be loaded. The sofa only looks nice in a photo. The moment it was delivered, the big chair lost its footing, the delivery man said it was because of transportation. Next, the legs of the pouffe caved in. All the stapler pins are popping out. The sofa is hardly ever used coz there are two people at home only - one lady aged 75 and a maid. So no question of misuse. For the price I paid, this is clearly a rip off for such poor quality product. Someone from the comps called and took my complaint assuring to replace the item - then nothing after that. Very disappointed in the product and after service.Do not buy this stuff.
