I love this kit! I am able to "easily" do my own nails. I succeeded the first time I tried it except that the result was not as smooth or even. I achieved success by the second try!

I did research and after lots of reading, I went with this set. I wanted something beginner friendly. I watched lots of tutorials before actually applying. Alexandra Dixon has some great tutorials on YouTube. In addition to this kit, I would recommend purchasing or making sure you have the following: additional 80/80 nail files, cuticle remover solution, cuticle remover tool (metal pusher type), nail primer, nail dehydrator, soft gel nail covers, and small electric nail file (if you are still learning like me).The soft gel nail covers work much better than the forms. You don't remove them and they eliminate a ton of shape work since they give you a smooth clean nail top.Nail prep is key! Watch she instructional videos first, and don't skimp here.The hardest thing for me is learning how much poly to use. My first set turned out great from the top side, but were a lot thicker than I thought they would be underneath once cured. This is the reason I purchased a small electronic nail file to remove some bulk on the underside. Another tip I saw is to cure them for 5-7 seconds, then smooth out/shape the underside with the slip solution.My first set wasn't perfect but I'm proudly wearing them in public. As I get the hang of it, I'm sure it will be easier and faster.Fur the price and quality I would highly recommend. Just be patient and do some research first.

I just bought this product out of 100 of multiple selections and I have to say I love it. It brings all the necessary tools needed for a beginner to practice and see if this is something you will like for future. I am only giving it 4 stars because I just did my nails and I do not know how long nails will last and how easy is it to take them off. I took 2 hours to complete my nail as a beginner . Looking at videos definitely helps and if you follow all the steps the results will be good.. the quality of products are good and the poly gel tubes are perfect size (again for beginners) as they are small. Overall so far it has been a good product and will recommended it.

Well there's a first time for everything, right?. I wanting to try to do my own nails since forever. There's a learning process from my experience. For reference I have short flat nails I used the curves forms. I've never had done my own nails . What I recommend that helped me: a) Whatch Youtube Modelones Tutorials. 1 choose the correct nail form. 2 Prep your nails. 3 Apply base coat ONE nail at a time (my mistake, I base coated all my nails there were sticky lol). 4. Do only one nail first, all steps you will learn a lot from that. 5 Be patient, enjoy the process. 6 Have clips ( update: I didn't use clips that much) and Gel remover I used AVILER the one with tools. You will also need a small container for the slip solution and any manicure kit to remove your cuticles. I bought a nail drill but I didn't use it that much so do not bother and try these kit. Everything came in perfect new condition, sealed, fresh, well packaged. Update: My first set of nails I'm proud of myself :).

Looks really nice I thought it was fairly easy to apply. The downside is they keep popping off and lifting at the cuticle. I’ve been replacing them one by one every two days. I’m not sure if this is a problem with my application or the product. I will say that my nails also do this with professional no chip manicures as well.
