I've taken up to 5 scoops over the course of one day and never had any issues. On the contrary, it gets rid of my headaches and detox symptoms. It smells good and tastes like very slightly salty water. It goes down easier than plain water. Very happy with this product.

This is the best Vit C supplement I've found. For anyone who has sensitive bowels, this formula is extremely absorbable and therefore won't loosen the bowels like most vit c supplements. I take 2 scoops/day (8,000 mg) with no issues.
