Looks good but not sturdy in the wind like it should be…🤔

It’s nice I like it, I didn’t really like how high it was. So I took a section out. Withstands good bit of wind but I still try to lower the flags when it get really bad. It’s a little thicker than most the others they sale on here. So be mindful of that too.

** Update**I was contacted by the seller, who offered a full refund for the item, after finding out about the problem. I will try another and see if perhaps I received a flawed item. I appreciate their attention to customer service and willingness to reach out and correct the problem. I am updating the overall rating based on their response.****I received the product a little late, but only by a couple of days. It was packed well and included a pair of white cotton gloves for handling the flag (nice touch). The pole was pre-assembled with the exception of the ball that screws on the top.Installation instructions were to dig a hole (approximately 19" in diameter x 16" deep if I remember correctly), place the pole inside the included plastic sleeve into the center and fill with sand. I didn't think that would work very well, but did as the instructions stated. After watering in the sand, etc. I installed the US flag - not particularly impressive, but it was included so I'm not complaining. The pole comes with clips for an upper and lower flag. I ordered a kit of nicer embroidered US and Texas flags. The extending pole works well, extending each section upward, then twisting to lock the section in place, progressing until all the sections are raised.As I expected, the sand is not stable enough. The slightest breeze caused the pole to move in the sand and lean. I went back and removed some sand, filling the top 3-4 inches of the hole with cement. That made the mount solid, while still being able to remove the pole from the sleeve if necessary.After returning from a week on vacation during which time some thunderstorms came through, I found the pole had creased and begun to bend. While it's still standing essentially straight, I now realize the thin wall of the pole isn't very robust. It is certainly not "Heavy Duty Extra Thick" as the product description states. The damage happened with a single, very light flag attached. I'll need to be very cautious about the weather with this pole, especially with two heavier flags. Any significant wind will likely cause it to bend. I've turned the current weakened crease into the predominant wind to help for a while.In short, it's a pretty pole, but installation instructions aren't sufficient for a solid flagpole. The included flag isn't fancy, but it works. The pole itself I would now put firmly in the "lightweight" category. Although I do like it's telescoping functionality, I may try to replace it with a thicker-walled pole, If I can find one to fit in the same pre-installed sleeve.

I installed this flagpole in my backyard following the included instructions. Immediately I noticed it move a lot in very little wind. I flew a typical 3'x5' flag and had significant movement. After less than 8 months, I walked out back after an overnight thunderstorm to find my flagpole laying on the ground. (see photos) It broke at the lowest joint of the pole and just buckled. The structural integrity of the metal seem very thin and week. I noticed as I lifted the pole into place on installation that it bent under its own weight. I do not recommend this item.I wrote the manufacturer after writing the review above to enact the 1 year warranty. I received a nasty email back saying that I had purchased the item too long ago and that they would not honor the warranty. Also they didn't warrant damage due to inclement weather, that I should have taken the flagpole down. First, I was just barely 8 months into a 1 year warranty. Also, a typical thunderstorm is not inclement weather. This item is junk and nothing but a scam. My recommendation is to stay away and buy something else! To Amazon's credit, they compensated me, at their own cost, a good portion of the purchase price. Next time I will pay a little more and buy American!

Bought this flagpole a few months ago. Everything assembled easily and quickly. I had to get some assistance with hanging the flags properly but otherwise all went well. I did have a problem with one of the sections bending recently after a strong wind, but BaiYuan is sending me a replacement. Great customer service.

I ordered a flagpole from BaiYuan Direct and it came as promised and I am very impressed with the quality of the pole. I had a small issue with the ball for the top of the pole being broken but the customer service at BaiYuan Direct is excellent and they took care of the problem right away. I will be ordering other products from them as I trust them completely and know if there is a problem it will be taken care of promptly. You can be comfortable in the fact that this is a customer oriented seller.
