Tech support said, "Send it back, it's not going to work." !!
Could not assemble as described.Could not connect to designated website.I emailed tech support, they replied but again their instructions weren't doable.I ask them to call me, and they did.After discussing problems, the tech guy said, "Send it back, it's not going to work."Perhaps Amazon shouldn't offer this item.

Disconnects often from any device. Have purchased two at different times and same thing.

Remarkably short range. It struggles to connect to a network that my iPhone sees at 3 bars. No support available (or at least I can't find it).
