Very nice product for masala grinding
Thank you for this product because grinding of 250 grams is not possible in grinding shops,this allows you to customize the ingredients and produces fine powders of respective inputs

It’s becoming very hot
After starting within 3 mnts it becomes very hot and also fine flowing is not working properly and there is no product support FM company

Product is good and could have been packaged and transported in a better way.
The product is good. When we go to atta chakkiwala, out of the 5 kg we take to him to grind, we get back 4.5 kg only. Apart from that we spend a lot of time. When you think this way, isn't this product useful. From the packaging point of view, it came in a little damaged form. The delivery port whose cross -section is square, became a rhombus and the hard gasket, which was supposed to be placed between the main body and the delivery port , broke into pieces. These two items and the two screws, that fix them to the body could have been placed in the other package. The salofen strapping was not done well.

No aftersale service my unit become too hot after 10 15 minits whan used,whan informed no response
The media could not be loaded. No assistant after various request,as unit is becoming vary hot after 10 t0 15 minits of operation ,don't buy it
