Falls Short, literally.
First off, dimensions are smaller than noted. 17x22 is what I measure. So bottom of my back seat (just where the kid's shoes would be touching, is left unprotected. Connects to headrest with velcro'd elastic band, and worse -- also stretches around middle of the seat with velcro'd elastic band. Two very definite deal breakers since 1. my seat back wouldn't actually be protected and 2. I'd have a band in my back while driving.

The bracket for the tray broke I would not like a refund I would like another one
I really like the product I love the tray my daughter loves it I wouldn't like a refund I was wondering if I can get an exchange because it is amazing how the tray folds down and falls back
