The packet arrived cut open, raising serious concerns about product integrity. Cosmix is known for its balanced taste, with their proprietary digestive blend. Upon tasting a scoop of the product that arrived, it was clear that it was adulterated- bitter in taste, entirely insoluble, and no hint of the subtle Keralan vanilla that Cosmix has. Hope the crooks who did this are identified.

Pretty light on my stomach hence I love it, but it is definitely chalky in texture and anybody who says otherwise is either lying or simply wrong. If you don't mind the chalky texture (like me) then you can go for it. I use it to meet my nutrition needs as my daily protein intake isn't too high because eating meat everyday is difficult. However for muscle recovery and building, whey/soy protein powders are superior (google PDCAAS). I don't use whey protein because it is known to cause acne and I'm also scared of digestion issues with whey/soy powders, plus they can be expensive. Hence this is ideal for me.In terms of the packaging, I have a problem with the fear-mongering type of claims made on the packet such as "neither this nor that" especially because, except for their unflavoured one, they do add monkfruit in the other protein powders which is a natural sweetener so somebody with diabetes may fall for the front packet's claims and land in trouble.Also some flavour packets say things like "with superfoods" and everyone should know: there is no such thing as a "superfood" it's just a marketing term so don't fall for these wellness culture claims.It's still a nice protein powder but this is my fair, unbiased, honest review.

Been using this for more than a year now.I have tried whey protein before but it led to major hormonal imbalance in my body so I was looking for plant based protein.I take this with water and yes it tastes different. but who cares, it’s helping you to meet your protein expectations. The taste will grow on you.I use cacao one, it’s good with water.And strawberry was good with milk

I am regular of the Indonesian Cacao and the Mocha flavour. I use it coz it’s plant based and not very sweet. I have it with water. Recommended. A bit pricey. If can reduce price will make it even more attractive for a larger community! Protein Quality is top notch! Helps in muscle recovery!

The protein is light and not too sweet BUT it gave me an allergic reaction and I got a cough & sore throat. It did not suit me. I’m sure it will work better for others

It tastes a lot powder type in the mouth . Less irritation to the tummy compared to whey protein . It’s a good protein powder but tastes really bad to consume , powder residue in the end after drinking .
