The product arrived in proffesional packaging, it wasn't the cheapest product on Amazon but reviews on the cheaper product said they had issues with the toner working and had to remove the circuit board from the used to new and I wasn't having none of that. I have only had the product a few weeks and so far I have printed 200 pages and no problems. Clear ink printing no smudges and so far no pages sticking through the roller. This is half the price of samsung original toner, so I am very happy indeed at the moment, good quality good deal.

Direct replacement for my Samsung toner, but with two at the price of one for OEM toner. No noticeable difference in print quality.
