Works great no spills
I was going to get one of the plastic ones but after reading reviews I decided to spend little more money and get all metal one. The only issues I had was the T part of the handle unscrews when you go to remove it from the filter. I actually bought an extra filter plug so I could fill my new filter with fresh oil and plug it. Put in it remove the plug and install the filter. When I went to remove the plug using the handle the T part unscrewed. I put little Red locktite on the threads and now it's solid. Not sure why the manufacture didn't do that. Only other thing I might suggest is the bottom where the filter oring seals against should be smooth painted with the bumpy paint makes it leak have to tighten it lot tighter. Synthetic oil leaks past it easy didn't have to tighten it that much it worked great.

Must have
This is now a must have tool if you have a new Cummins in the Ram. I’m very happy with the wrench and the plug does the job. Only thing I would change is the t-handle on the plug is only held in by a tiny screw so if you snug down the plug to much it spins but I’ve learned I don’t have to righted it to much to keep it from leaking.
