Q: I purchased the 5 gang model How would you wire a standard 12volt light { 2wires} to back of panel when there is only 1 available pin fto connect to ?

Your 12v (2 wires) has positive (+) and negative(-). Connect the positive to panel pin 3 and connect negative to a good ground, such as vehicle chasis, body, negative terminal or can connect back to panel's black wire. I hope this help.

Q: is 5-gang rocker switch box's dimension 3.917” x 3.0” x 7.087”? if so, it's a little too big for my application. Will you plan to make 4-gang one?

Dimensions are correct. 4 switches with qc 3.0 is about 30 days and comes in blue and red.

Q: can the USB be swapped out for a 6th switch?
