Excellent！
Shipped fast! Easy to put together. The recliner's leather is really nice, better then you would expect for the price. The padded headrest is adjustable. It reclines easily and the swivel/rocking is a great feature. The massage and heat work great. It is a beautiful comfortable chair and is a nice addition to our living room.

Not recommended
Very disappointed in this product. The footrest is poorly designed, very difficult to get it to lock down when getting up from the chair. With the chair rotating and trying to get out of chair and getting footrest locked in place has almost caused me to fall every time I get up.
