These patches were my lifesavers during umrah pilgrims where I had to walk far and often. Each night, I put these on my legs and feet, and I woke up feeling better and can go another day of walking and ibadah, and repeat for 10 days straight. I'm buying more!

So my girlfriend wanted these after her aunt recommended them. We do long disney days of walking and sometimes our feet are just really sore after walking 10+ miles in a day. So we got these and she puts them on at night and she claims they work really well to sooth her aching feet. Me on the other hand, I put them on and it just feels like I have two wet tissues stuck to my feet. The cooling sensation went away after about 2 minutes as they warmed up to my body temperature... and then I just didn't feel like they were doing anything for me. It was kind of uncomfortable and I couldn't stop being aware that I had these things stuck on the soles of my feet.... so I had to pull them off shortly after applying them.I guess what I'm saying is that these work great for some people, and for others like myself, they just don't seem to be very effective and are sort of a hassle to wear them.

I went to Japan, saw these in front of every drugstore. I finally caved and bought them to see what the heck they were. With all the walking we were doing in Japan, these are actually fantastic relief for my calves and the bottom of my feet. When you wake up in the morning you will sometimes find that the patches have peeled off, I do move around at night so I'm not holding that against the product.As a runner these are especially helpful to ease sore muscles. Yes I do recommend!

Lion foot patch works for my tired and tensed legs. Recently I found that the product gives me allergic reaction. I only use it bottom of my foot.

When you walk a lot, this will save you.. If I use a normal patch, sometimes it burns my skin.. do not know what happened but i guess it has something to do with the dry season and the chemicals from the patch.. Never had that types of problem with this patch though.

I love the way this product works, I have been using it for almost two years. However, there is some inconsistency in what gets delivered versus what is shown on the website. I have included pictures. The patches that come on the teal packages maintain their strength longer then the ones in the white packages because the teal packages seal. Also, the photo of them on you can see they appear to be different. Unfortunately even when you go back and “buy it again” you don’t always get the same packaging. This is very disappointing.

Saves my foot pain all the time. Must item for traveling. I always use one pair before sleeping when traveling. Pain reduces by a whole a lot the next day. I wish they sold bigger packages.

I did not feel any thing after use it ......maybe i should use more time.
