I love this set! I recently moved and my mouse/keyboard were not used for a few weeks while I unpacked. The keyboard and mouse were completely dead and needed to be charged. While the keyboard charged and worked perfectly, the mouse was not able to be charged or turned on. Thankfully the seller was extremely helpful in troubleshooting, and ultimately sent a replacement which I received within a week! The mouse easily connected to the original receiver and it's all working perfectly! Very happy 😊

I ordered this for work. It was so pretty, the numbers sat high and springy. I'm not a fan of the flatter key board where the keys are almost flush with the board. I'm a boomer and really like the tall springy keys. It not as long as a standard keyboard but a great buy all the same, and the price!

I love this keyboard and the lights are really neat, there’s a lot of different settings! My only issue with it is it feels a little bit cheap. The plastic creaks and squeaks and the space bar is pretty loose, so it rattles and you have to press the center of it for it to work. Otherwise great. The battery life is really long too.

Not a gamer here, but I became jealous when I saw the pretty colors on my DH's gaming laptop, so I got this when the space bar quit on my old keyboard. The functionality of this keyboard is excellent for my purposes - the keys have a nice firm clickety feel. Some keys are in a different location from my old one, but no big deal. The mouse is on the large side, and works well even for a lefty like me.The colors? Well, having a constant throbbing rainbow at my fingertips turns out to be a distraction. But the colors can either be turned off, changed to a single constant color, or any number of different combinations. I grabbed a copy of the guide photo above for handy reference. I'm pleased with this purchase!

Didn't even have keyboard for 6 months and had issues. Keyboard refused to charge no matter how/where I plugged it in. Email the email on a note with delivery for customer service. Emailed on 12/13/23.Hello,I bought a keyboard on August 4th of this year and it just died for the first time. I have tried for the past 48 hours to get it to charge. The charging light will turn on once plugged in but only stay on for about a min then turn off. I have kept it plugged in for 24 hours straight and it's still telling me the battery is drained. This seems to be faulty and it's very annoying. First, I have to say that this set is very cute and is comfortable to use. I love how light weight it is for travel and the keyboard click sounds are very satisfying. The backlight adds a great ambiance to my office space.I bought is March of ‘23 and it’s served me well until about two days ago when the mouse started malfunctioning and the keyboard can’t keep a charge. I literally have to keep it plugged in. Since I’m a gamer, you can imagine how annoying it is to have my screen suddenly shift on its own or have the button engage when I haven’t touched it. This set is nice, but don’t expect it to have a long life.

I absolutely love this keyboard! I’ve been using it for a month and it’s quickly become my go to keyboard.I use it around 25 hours a week and have only had to charge it one since I started using it so I’ve pretty impressed with the battery. The backlights are so fun but also helpful as someone who gets migraines frequently! I can work in a dimly lit room without straining my eyes so this has been a real game changer for me!

I was so excited about this keyboard. My favorite feature has to be the volume control knob and media pause/play/skip buttons right there in their own little area. It feels strong and sturdy, too. I would've preferred if some of the backlighting could move slower instead of so rapidly but it's still so pretty and enjoyable. I absolutely do like the keyboard, it's great.The mouse is where my problems started. Originally, it was also great. It fits comfortably in my hand and slides around smoothly. After a couple of days, though, it started acting erratically. At least once every day, I would have to unplug and replug the USB dongle to get it to stop. The mouse becomes completely uncontrollable during these episodes. I have checked for updates, messed with my device drivers, dug through so many help pages about mouse issues and yet, the problem always comes back to the mouse, not my PC. Believing my set might have been faulty, I tried to contact Kolmax Gaming to see if this was a common issue. (Spoiler alert, read the other reviews and you'll see that it is a quite common issue.) After finding no way to actually communicate with the seller on Amazon, I tried to reach out to their website. But the website displays only an error message. After all of that, I requested a replacement through Amazon and found the new one had the exact same issues.To say I am disappointed would be an understatement.All in al, I do not recommend this product.

Las teclas fallan demasiado que no te deja ni escribir o si estás jugando saltar o moverte

Las teclas están duras, y al menos para mí resultó incómodo porque ya estoy acostumbrada al teclado plano
