I tried this PC for a little while with the installed Windows 10 Pro OS it came with just to see how it'd fare. I was surprised that it came shipped with Windows 10 Pro and not with the "Home" version. As shipped the PC was usable for most bare level basics, but it really just didn't have the horsepower to be viable as a daily use workstation with Windows 10. As soon as you tried to run anything even slightly demanding or a second application of any kind (or even a few browser tabs in some instances) it noticeably struggled... If you were really in a pinch for something maybe, or maybe it would fare better as a Linux desktop if someone wanted to install it (I hadn't tried it though). That being said, it has been absolutely great for the purpose that I purchased it in mind to use it for, and that was to use it to run "Home Assistant" for my smart home devices. It runs Home Assistant way better than the Raspberry Pi 4 I had tried using for a while did in my opinion. It's extremely quite, doesn't take much space or power compared to using an old PC instead and has fit the bill for that purpose wonderfully.

I have always had a huge desktop like the old school ones with the tower and all that. So i thought okay i will try to streamline it and get something that i can take with me anywhere. Labtops overheat and desktops belong at home. So I get the AWOW, read the instructions, once i got it for the first 2 weeks no issues. That was until i put a SD card inside for the extra storage. I moved all; my photos and documents to the sd card. When i attempted to pull something up to send via email i couldnt get into it I got (error this drive has become corrupted or un-usable) So i took it out put into real computer and then put in a new one. SAME THING almost a week to the day I took the first one out! Almost forgot check out the website they have some big spinning wheel on some deals?? Their support dont return emails I am on my second email just to get some answer in any form!! So yeah if you see the AWOW? To avoid A headache do your research!

When I try to use my printer, the comp. Shuts down why?

The mini PC worked ok for about 18 months. Now I have to try several times to get it to boot. Also, the micro SD card reader stopped working. I need a mini for astrophotography in the field. I can't be fiddling around with it in the dark at a remote site when I should be taking images. I'm switching to a MeLe.

The unit came on for less than a month but didn't last long for it to stop working

This minipc was performing just fine like any other pc. Takes and handle downloads just fine. I did connect it on my TCL Smart TV. And hook it up with a wireless Logictech key board.But after a power failure it did not start up again. The company refused after sales service. Not worth buying this product.

Compared to my apple TV, PS4 pro, and even my phone, this hangs the most. Every time it hangs/buffers, I can fix it by lowering to 720p playback. I have it on a wired connection getting 150 mbps download. Seems like just underpowered graphic processing. Very disappointing for a product advertised for home theater.

This is more of a school computer or somthing to use for the internet or school work or work in general noooo gaming even games like roblox dont try will be really slow
