Crap balloons
The tyre swim rings one had hole in it and the black balloons for the traffic light 5 of them had holes in them !! Not good for a party that is based around that !

Simple!
Super cute addition to our decor for my son's first birthday. I had never done anything like this before and it was simple enough. Just remember to blow the red, green and yellow balloons smaller than the black ones or it will looks funny. Came with 2 additional black balloons in case some popped or came with holes. We did not need to use them.
