LEZYNEFlow Sl Cage Enhanced Green, Right

Works fine, hard nylon like plastic.
A few sentences added to this products description would help it out a lot. This cage is not metal, it's a hard nylon like plastic. Both a RIGHT and a LEFT version are available, but that direction is dependent of where the cage is mounted. If you mount it to the downtube (the slanting tube right behind the wheel) a RH cage releases right, and LH version releases left as you are seated on the bike. If you mount it on the seat tube then they are reversed, RH releases left and LH on the right. They are opposite because the bosses face different directions. So if you get two of these to mount in a bikes triangle on an average street or road bike and want them to release on the same side, get one of each. Most all water bottles will fit this, however smaller bottles may not fit tightly and overly large bottles may fit extremely tight or not at all. It will fit most 'regular' bottles. Unlike metal cages there is no bending to tighten or loosen them. Some have sanded the outer lip a little to make then easier to release.I have an ebike with a battery on the downtube that makes the one and only bottle boss location on the seat tube, the boss is also a bit high to clear the battery so the old fashioned metal cages make it real difficult to pull or place the bottle, especially while moving. These work well. And look great. Good price too.

Needs modification for Camelbak Podium
The geometry of my new Evelo electric bike would not allow me to get a 21 oz Camelbak Podium into a standard cage. I ordered this with the understanding that I would need to modify it as pointed out by another reviewer. I used a coping saw and a little sandpaper, and was quite pleased with the results. The bottle now slides in and out fine, and seems to be held in quite securely. I can't say I love it, but overall I'm pleased and lacking any other options I'm glad I have it.

Holds bottles firmly.
It does just what it's supposed to, and at a decent price.I bought this because I sometimes use a half-frame bag on my gravel bike, and a "normal" bottle cage made getting the bottle out and replacing it difficult, even if technically possible. A side-loading cage feels odd to use at first, but is quite effective. This particular one mounts easily, looks good, and holds the bottle well, even on bumpy roads. I'm sure a range of bottles would fit, but I'm using the "plain" 16 oz water bottles from REI. Price is pretty fair for what it is. I didn't weigh it, but honestly, by the time I have my hydration plan worked out, saddle bag, frame bag, and fat-ish tires, I'm not too worried about a couple grams. Read description carefully to get the version (right or left opening) that you want. I mounted on the down-tube, and bottle comes out/goes in to the right. If I put the same cage on the seat tube, it would be left-opening. It's obvious if you think about it, but I figured I'd mention it.

Great for tight frames
We use these on my wife's XC bike and both of our Enduro/trail bikes. When you have a small tight triangle that can fit a bottle this is the way to go. Lezyne has high quality products and this won't disappoint. Our LBS said a bottle cage and bottle would work on our Enduro/trail bikes, but after testing with just the bottle I bought these. Sure enough, fits with a bottle no problem and blew the LBS mind since they for some reason don't carry Lezyne. Highly recommended and we have been using one of these on my wife's XC bike for a couple years and it still clamps the bottle down tight.

Perfect for mountain bike
I bought this cage for my mountain bike so that I could carry a larger water bottle. The usual center-load cage could only accommodate a small bottle because of the bike's frame geometry -- the top of the bottle couldn't clear the top tube. With this cage I can carry a 22 oz. bottle, which will easily get me through a 2 or 3 hour ride. The cage is light and seems to be sturdy and durable (I've been using it about six months now, and it still looks like new). My only criticism (hence, the 4 stars) is that it's a bit stiff, which makes it somewhat difficult to remove and replace the bottle while riding. Otherwise, it's perfect -- and looks great against my black carbon frame.

I like this bottle cage
This bottle cage is lightweight and non-bulky on my bike. It screwed in place easily with the pre-set screws on the bike, which were in the perfect position for the bottle cage holes.I use it with an REI Purist water bottle. The bottle has some flexibility to it and easily fits into the bottle cage. I am able to get the bottle out while riding the bike, and put it back again. I'm glad I got the side entry cage so it is easy to get the bottle in/out, especially since the bottle takes up almost all the space within the frame of the bike.If I someday want a second bottle cage, I'd get another one of these.

Maybe it's just the green color who knows but it's terrible. I really like the black set of Lezyne ...
These are simply panted plastic and not a durable finish. Right off the bat, the color is wearing off at major contact points. (see photos). Maybe it's just the green color who knows but it's terrible. I really like the black set of Lezyne Flow cages I have and wanted a green set to match my new bike. Unfortunately, these plain suck as the color rubs off onto my bottles and then my hands.I'm attempting to contact Lezyne so we'll have to see how this goes.

These are my favorite
It's really hard to find a matching left/right pair of offset cages. I have two sets and I will definitely buy more in the future. For me, personally, I love how easy it is getting the bottle in and out compared to other types of bottle cages.Despite that, my bottles have stayed in place during two low-speed crashes.I bought my first pair to replace generic aluminum cages, I got my second pair to replace some expensive Specialized cages that I hated because I had to wrestle the bottle out and in.I like these lezyne ones best, all around. My only complaint is that the red is too bright/light to match my Cervelo and it's 3T accessories which are a shade darker.

Good
Bought for my sons 24” mountain bike. Fits on well and well made. Bit i’d struggle to get bottles in and out but that’s more down to the small frame rather than the cage.

Does the job
I bought this for my grandson's 7th Birthday for his new bike. His dad fitted it to the bike without any difficulty and the bottle I bought to go with it fits it well.

Does the job
Side loading cages just let you get a bigger bottle inside the frame triangle. Very handy.

Great for smaller bikes.
Prefect for smaller or full suspension bikes with less access in the front triangle.

Bottle falls out
Bottle started falling out after a few weeks of use. Fell out while cycling without me noticing due to side-loading.
