Castle Creations Sv3 Waterproof 1:10Th 12V Esc & 1406-6900 Sensored Motor

I installed this combo in my HPI 69 Mustang RTR. Ofcourse this being a ready to rock :) car I had to hoon it. After about 5 mins or so of thrash'n thermal shutdown engaged. ESC was very hot I didn't have my laser thermometer with me. I was running 2S 50C 5.2A Lipo. I dunno I wish it wouldn't have shut down like that. I don't really think it's the fault of the product. If I come up with a solution I'll update.

Motor did not work right out of the box for the money it is a very big inconvenience when you switched everything over and then have to just replace it with the stuff you already took out to upgrade would not recommend

It's nice but I wish it would've been more clear that even though the ESC is capable of 3s batteries you have to have the right motor which this one does not.

Great product for my axial yeti score trophy truck. Will definitely buy it again.

Water resistance is great would recommend it does not over heat often. I used this in my traxxas stampede and it goes about 40 mph
