There were no reviews of this particular style anywhere so I took a chance and bought it. As soon as I got it, I wanted to do laundry right away which is definitely something I wouldn't say!The size of the tub was actually a lot bigger than I expected but of course I was looking for the biggest single size tub with dry spinner that you can put on your counter. It's a rare combo. With just 2 loads, I was able to wash 2 short sleeve t-shirts, 2 short sleeve tops, 1 jean, 7 padded bras, 3 underwear, 1 short, 1 hand towel, 1 long sleeve shirt, 1 pant ankle leggings, and 3 long sleeve cardigans. I love that I didn't have to spend any money (normally $1.50/wash and $1.25/dry at the laundry mat) nor had to leave my place!I didn't use the refilling hose (that's a joke) because the opening just doesn't work with my faucets or probably not with any other faucet. Thankfully I have a faucet head that extends out and I just fill the tub that way. It has a maximum of 10 minute wash and 5 minute spin cycles. With clothes and water together, I had the level about 3 inches below the white section because I didn't want water flying out. It was perfect. Like a lot of portable washers, it rotates both ways for agitation. The water easily drains with gravity through the drain tube. Even though the tub for washing is big, the spinner basket is definitely a lot smaller so each load may need 3 dry spins but it does get rid of excess water. Depending how much or how you place the clothes in the basket, the whole machine can stay still when spinning or shake so much that it actually starts moving across the counter little by little. Trial and error there.Though it's really convenient and I save money, the only reason why I didn't give it more stars is because the area where the motor is (bottom towards the back corner), it would heat up even after the first 10 minute wash. Also, there would be a slight smell. So basically in between each wash/spin, I would unplug it and just let it rest for 10-15 minutes just to make sure it doesn't completely overheat. Just knowing that, I'm not sure how long this will last but we'll see. In general, I still like it but I feel like it might break down soon. Hopefully it will last long enough so that the money I save from the laundry mat will pay for the machine itself.

I wish I could give negative stars! Totally waste of money! It is broken after three months and its rotator is not working and I have to throw the whole device away!

I bought this for a young woman (teen). Before giving it to her, I tried it out. I am very impressed. I washed a thin, twin blanket. (Did not spin dry the blanket due to size.) It cleans nursing scrubs better than my regular washing machine.

To wash works perfectly, but to dry, you have to put a lot less clothes than you wash...this make me give just 3 stars

The user manual don’t have enough info. How can we do rinse and spin dry.....

Used it for 10 minutes motor quit working will not spin waste of money
