Plantation Peanuts of Wakefield Original Gourmet Salted Peanuts (22 oz)

We were given a bag of this from VA. My husband loves this. It has a unique taste to it, the nuts are really big and the saltiness and crunchiness is just right. This is our second time buying the canister and it definitely won’t be our last.

First bought this brand when I was in Virginia. Since then I have ordered online and I’m so happy. These peanuts are amazing. So full of taste, so huge and so crunchy!All of the different flavors from Plantation Peanuts of Wakefield are just as tasty!

I had a little difficulty writing this review. The item description said 12 ounces, but I received a 10 ounce can. I understand that sometimes product information doesn't get updated. But I still had to rate it 5 stars because of the quality of the peanuts. Since William Sonoma stopped carrying the Edwards brand of peanuts, I've been searching for extra large, crunchy, blister, Virginia peanuts. Virginia peanuts tend to be expensive and I've had to go through a few different brands that just weren't the same. But this one is exactly what I've been looking for. They are also on the expensive side, but I'm willing to pay because these are my favorite type of peanuts.

Best peanuts. They boil them before frying them and it crests bubble texture on the peanut. Delicious!!!

Wow, these nuts are surely the best I’ve ever had. The crunch is unbelievable and addicting. They are also so large they make planters look like Steve Rogers before becoming Capt America. Only downside is price but it’s not like these are sitting on the shelves of local grocery stores but you definitely get what you pay for.On a side note, they make a perfect snacking companion paired with some whisk(e)y

Literally no salt on the "Gourmet Salted Peanuts" .Super bland and no refund option. I've bought directly from the store in Virginia and they are great. Don't recommend buying through these guys on Amazon

Not bad but not the best

Bought this when the local gourmet shop was out of stock and I needed a peanut fix. The Amazon listing is for a 12 ounce tin but what I received clearly says "10 ounce" on the label. It was several dollars more expensive than the local shop but I thought that was ok being a larger size, but no. I am enjoying them anyway, excellent goobers.
