I NEVER leave reviews but after being skeptical about ordering this, I had to. I broke my wrist 5 months ago and have been dealing with constant pain during my healing process. This little heated wrap is AMAZING. It’s a bit big on me but the heat still gets to where it needs to go. A little bummed because I didn’t know it has to be plugged in to work (idk what I was expecting 😂) but besides that it is great. Ignore the negative reviews and get it

Perfect for the weird pains I was having in my wrist after I got vaccinated - lol. I thought it was a sprain from work, but nay nay. It was from the shot. My arm and wrist hurt for weeks. Now it’s better but this heat really was helpful.

I have nerve damage from years of twisting wrenches and my girlfriend suffers from carpal tunnel by her thumbs and this wrist heating pad fits perfect and gets the heat in where its needed. She uses it every day and has finally found relief and she is getting better results because it fits so well. It also helps with my hands because I wake up and have no feeling in my swollen hands.

This small, wrap heating pad is great! When my arthritic wrist & thumb are aching from daily activity this heat pad feels so good and helps me avoid taking addition medication...30-45 minutes going from high to medium heat is fine. It has worked fine almost nightly for 2 months. I wrap it snuggly but not tight around my entire hand and do not use the thumb opening.

I have serious hand arthritus problems, and heat helps. This device heats up pretty quickly and works fine so far. The only two minor things about it weren't worth a half point. You can't use it while doing anything with the hand, and it has an odd plastic smell, but it's going away quickly.Worth buying.
