I subscribed to get these every few months. First few batches were ok, then I realised I was getting a lot weaker tablets, so I cancelled my subscription. I should have been asked if I want to continue subscription for the new lower size product. I would not do it again.

Great supplement is basically a multivitamin with B1, B6, B12 and glycine. I like it because these four all work together and arenโt found in this combo in other multivitamins

The product is good for occasional minor anxiety, also helps to fall asleep faster. The taste is neutral.You should put it under the tongue and let saliva slowly resolve it. Takes about 10-20 min to work.
