This is my favored bread and butter mix. I doctor it up to my liking but the flavors are great. I grow my own cucumbers and love to garden. The flavor of this mix is very good if you reduce the quantity some and use a good rice vinegar.

don't know if this was an outdated/old package, but it was extremely hard to mix it
