I lost one screw that holds the earpeace to the head band. contacted Elckey seller about problem and was emailed and told me they would send a new set of headphones. Received new ones today WOW.I lost one screw that holds earpeace to headband. Contacted Eleckey seller by email and was sent a replay saying they would send out a replacement. Received new set today WOW cant say enough good about customer service. Love the headphones and the fact that they have a nice carrying case LOVE THEM THANKS SO MUCH.

I would not call them noise cancelling, but they do limit outside noise better than earbuds. The sound is very good. The customer service is also very good; I had an issue with the first pair that I bought that didn't occur until after Amazon's return window closed. The company replaced them free of charge.

These headphones are awesome - I've been looking for headphones with an old-school vibe, without an outrageous price, and these fit the bill perfectly. I wear headphones while I work - so about 8 hours a day, and these fall around my ears, so they don't hurt at all. The noise cancelling can be turned on and off, so I can decide when to block out noise. And the noise cancelling is pretty amazing - I am very noise sensitive, which is why I wanted these, and I these block out everything.

Mine arrived with no User Guide. One of the earphones was dangling by the wires and two tiny screws were loose in the case. I managed to put the screws in place with a tiny hex wrench. It works.

The nice cancelling does great. The sound quality is acceptable but don't accept a lot of bass or mids. It's easy to pair but, sometimes, when making a call, the mic will pickup to much background noise.

The noise cancelling feature with these headphones means that the sound is louder and is like listening to music or television in a cave, but you can still hear surrounding sounds. No difference with the noise cancelling feature turned on or off. Will be returning these headphones for this reason. Unfortunate, as the reviews made them sound promising as an alternative to the more expensive headphones.

These are a great value with excellent sound. I bought them for the long flight from Chicago to Auckland New Zealand. Maybe if I’d purchased a Bluetooth pair would be a plus, but the cord is a minor problem compared to price and sound. Definitely recommend.
