It works.
I liked it, you put it in water and then after a while you had a great boost of lift to whatever you are using for it. I used it on grass in the backyard that was refusing to grow. It worked.

Arrived missing a tea bag and open inside package
2 stars because package came and inside the package, the bag holding the tea bags was open, and only 3 tea bags, when there are supposed to be 4. If I can find out how to get ahold of the seller and if they can make this right I can and will raise the rating.
