Waste of time
They keep saying they will give me my refund(it doesnt work) IF I change my negative review of it morwirking. I changed my review....No refund. It's been since March. NOW I Am Keeping This Review Up!!!

I am pretty tech savvy and I couldn't even get the app to work! When I FINALLY found it (Japanese instructions didn't help much) it just kept crashing and rebooting. And you can't use it without the app. I ended up frustrated, wasting my time, and eventually returned this product for an Ava Bracelet.

Just okay
It takes a VERY long time to get the temperature. I waited up to 5 minutes once. Once time it went beyond. I took it out and used a regular digital thermometer to record my temp that day. not sure I would purchase again.
