We've been caring for my mother, who has a number of ailments, so I thought she might benefit from this formula. I did clear it with her doctor first, as I do with any vitamin or supplement, and she okay'd it. She actually said she thought these would be helpful for mom. They do seem to be helping at least somewhat. She's more alert and isn't constantly dozing off, so she definitely has more energy. The jury's still out on whether these help the way they claim, but there's some really good stuff in these. Plus. they're organic, which is even better.

Looks to be of good quality but only time will tell about any major health benefits it brings.

I've only been taking these for 5 days so time will tell how they impact my health. So far I've noticed no side effects and they're easy to swallow. No nasty after burps or upset stomach. Overall not bad. I'll come back and update after taking them for a full month.

I usually take the gummies but I tried the capsules instead. The amount of energy that I gained each day was great. I didn’t feel tired and have not yawned from tiredness. I wanna say the energy got me clear headed and able to focus as well. My appetite also decreased which was amazing. By the end of the month, I only ate one meal a day which was literally all my body wanted and felt like it needed.

I'm not a fan of salty bring taste of having to consume seafood or seaweed so when I saw these sea moss capsules, I knew I had to give it a go. I especially appreciate the dual safety seals on both the outside and along the top of the bottle. The pill size is a little on the larger size but no bigger than other vitamins and supplements taken so within reason. I've only been consuming these for about about a week so it may take a little longer to see the effects but there's no denying how helpful these ingredients can be.I will update this review once I've finished the bottle with a final analysis of any changes!

Easy to take, the Irish sea moss/bladderwrack helps my digestion and another formula I was using that contained it is no longer being made. Bonus is that these are organic.
