It does work. The smell is very potent and therefore why it works. My daughter has two, one for her wrist and one for her ankle. The refills don't quite last two weeks. So it will be a bit pricey to get through the next several months. But it is much easier then spraying.

I'm a bug magnet. I live in the south, where the no-see-ums and mosguitos are ridiculous. I was hoping this would do the trick because a friend said it worked for her. It didn't work for me.
