HELPS WITH HOT FLASHES. It doesn't stay cool for more than a couple hours max but it's also not too cold in the start which means you can start using it straight from the freezer. I also like that it's bendable so you can easily reposition it. And when people see it they just assume it's a Bluetooth so I don't get unwanted attention when using it in public. For that reason I give it 4 stars.Just make the coolness last longer and you'll get 5 Stars 🌟

I put this in the freezer and it turned white. Maybe I shouldn’t have done that. I decided to check the directions, but not any help because they’re all in Korean. We’ll see how it looks and acts when used. It’s comfortable and not too cold. Will update after I’ve tried it if freezing it doesn’t make it useless.

I have a neck tube like this from another brand. I found out that although it looks like it's fully frozen after 30 minutes in the refrigerator, it will melt fast and not last long (10 or 15 minutes). Leaving the ring in the fridge for several hours works best and the ring lasts an hour or more before completely melting. On a hot summer day, I put the ring in a backpack and then hike 30 minutes to a pond, where I sit in the sun. The ring lasts less than an hour under those hot conditions, but I still get a good 40 or more minutes out of it.The ring is comfortable and doesn't generate any condensation. It feels cool but not icy and not uncomfortable. The plastic is smooth without being sticky (kind of a matte finish on the colored half). Very helpful to cool me off when I start overheating.

This cooling tube only stays cool for about 45 minutes when worn indoors. For the price of $23 this does not stay cold as long as it should. This is way overpriced and should've only cost about $2.00 I am a nurse and was hoping it would help keep me cool as I rushed around during the first 3 hours of my shift.

Wife likes for hot flashes, uses this a few times a day.

It is expensive and it did not stand up to the hype! I gave it a go put it in the fridge overnight and it was warm within 20 minutes! 🙁
