Glocusent Rechargeable Book Light, Clip on Light for Bedtime Reading

Perfect book light, I've given it as a gift and gotten it multiple times. Not that any broke yet, and it's been a couple years, but just in case. Long battery, perfect levels of light, good clip design, and reasonably durable. Def the best thing I've ever got off amazon.

I’ve had dozens of book lights and this one is surely going to be my favorite. So much so, that I’ll probably by another one just to keep in case they stop selling this one and mine breaks in a few years. Right out of the box it seemed smaller than I expected, but it is just the right size. The clip is wide, very sturdy, and made for novels and lots of different types of books. It was not a real expensive book light so I was not expecting one that had 4 different brightness settings, 3 different types of reading light, and an on and off button that is so well placed in the middle of those two settings on the back of the light on which you can also set a 30 minute timer by pushing the on/off button twice! This last feature is more helpful than you think. Ever say, “One more page” and another 2-3 hours go by? Or just fall asleep reading? The directions are the best I’ve seen in any small appliance. The little manual is written so clearly and has every bit of information needed, perfectly spelled out, without being overload. The light is one of the few that lights up both sides of the book. I like how I can adjust it if I need to make it work on the thickest part of the novel. It takes 1.5 to 2 hours to fully charge and lets you know when it is fully charged. This is what all book lights aim to be.

This little light, with its various brightness and warm/cool white bulb settings, is one of the best discoveries I’ve made. I have a couple of these now and because it’s lightweight and compact, I include it on my list of travel items.

This is truly one of my favorite purchases from Amazon ever! I previously had a book light I purchased from a big chain book store that cost over $50. It was heavy and bulky to hold with only 3 settings. This clips right onto your book and is extremely lightweight. It barely adds any weight when you hold a book. This was extremely important as I have issues with my hands. This light has 3 different color options, warm, cool, mixed. And several levels of brightness, which is also very important since I get migraines easily. I love how easy and functional this little book light is. If you’re thinking of buying, do it!!!

My wife reads in bed and was reliant on a bedside light that spilled past her to fill the room. This delayed my falling asleep. She wanted a more focused light to enhance her reading. This light is perfect ! It has variable brightness (and color / temperature) settings and us compact in size. It's Rechargeable and lasts a pretty long time. I would recommend.

I love this light! The charge lasts forever and it has many different settings. It can move into any angle and is really good for when you'd like to lay down. I recommend!

As with most items pictured online anymore the actual size is deceiving. I didn't expect it to be very big, but not as tiny as what I got. Does what it says it will do as far as colors and timing, but being as small as it is, it doesn't light up a very big area at all. We use it on a small wooden podium and it struggles to light up the surface where our book/papers are laying, which is what we got it for.... Update: Oct 15; Due to this review I have been contacted by Issy from Glocusent and offered one of two choices for a free replacement of a larger size and did not have to return the one I had ordered. I accepted the offer and was promptly shipped a Tri-Head light. Upon receiving it I was please to see it was the size and brightness that I was looking for. We have used it on our podium and is is perfect. Thank you Issy and Glocusent! As a result of the great customer service and that I am now a satisfied customer I am changing this review to 5 stars! Truly happy to see companies that are concerned with the smallest of purchases ($20) that their customers make.

it has several light options. i like the brightness options as well. Super flexible and adjustable. I love the purple color.

I’m genuinely impressed. It’s lightweight, compact, and clips securely onto my book without damaging the pages. The flexible neck makes it easy to adjust the angle, and the lighting options are fantastic. There are 3 color temperatures and 5 brightness levels, so whether I’m reading in a dim room or total darkness, I can always find the perfect setting. It’s very easy on the eyes The battery lasts quite a long time on a single charge, and I love that it’s rechargeable via USB. It’s also super portable — I just toss it in my bag when I travel. Overall, a great value for the price. Highly recommended for book lovers!

This light is really good. Can be bent/moved to any position. The light is wider than my last one and lights both pages if it's in the right position.
