OUCH, but in a good way! Ridiculously EASY to put together, too!
I got this because I have recently lost over 60 lbs and wanted to do some toning...and tighten some areas which are looser now. It definitely does that! It is a great little machine that I will say was by far, the easiest piece of exercise equipment that I have EVER put together. I was done in 15 minutes. Amazing!One thing I really like about it is that it is SO easy to store. It folds small and I have it tucked behind my flywheel trainer bike...and it fits perfectly - I don't even know it's there. Not often that you can say that about a piece of exercise equipment!As far as functionality, it works great and does just what it is supposed to. The first couple of times you use it...it's probably going to hurt a little bit, especially if you are not used to working those muscles - but that's how you KNOW something is working! It is absolutely a great way to work your abs without needing to go to the gym or invest in some trillion dollar workout machine that will end up with clothes on it in a dusty corner in 6 months.It is very easily adjustable - just 2 pins, one to lock and one to adjust height. So you have the option on how hard to work to lift yourself up. The goal is to lift your legs up via the knees on the track using your arms...however, you can and should use your actual ab muscles to assist in order to get the best results.Overall, this is an ABSolutely (see what I did there?) great workout and I highly recommend it! Best piece of fitness equipment I own, bar none!

Feel the burn!
Super easy to assemble, lightweight yet sturdy when in use, takes up very little floor space (about half the length of a yoga mat), easily folds for storage, easy to adjust the incline angle, and keeps track of how many reps you do!I love how simple this ab trainer is to use. I started feeling the burn right away and had to lower the height because the tallest setting was too much for me. The sliders glide easily up and down the tracks and the knee supports are comfortably padded. The elbow supports are also comfortably padded and aren't painful to rest against. I like how my neck and my lower back aren't screaming in pain while I work out my abs on this, unlike when I do traditional ab workouts like crunches and situps on the ground (I absolutely hate working out on the ground). I think this is a great ab trainer for people like me (a mom who isn't in the best shape) who just want a simple and easy way to work out their abs without having to roll around on the hard ground or go to the gym.A little tip for use: although tempting, do not let your arms do all the work! Make sure that you are actually using your abdominal muscles to lift your knees and not just simply pulling yourself up the track with your arms (if your upper body is moving up while lifting your knees, then you are probably relying on your arms to do all the lifting).

This is the ab trainer and man is it a work out!This machine had me sore the next few days!!In th package you should have 1 abdominal machine, 1 tool kit, 1 LCD monitor and the instructions.Basically your going to get on this machine and put most ( if not all) of your weight on the arm bars at the top and the goal is to slide your knees up as close to the arm bars as you possibly can.Pro tip; switch it up and do your legs slowly and one at a time to really feel the burn.Great machine.

Well made, easy to set up, effective workout.
I was surprised that this was so easy to put together. It's very well made and they did a great job of making it easy on the consumer to put it together.I love that I now have a dedicated ab machine that is super effective now, rather than getting down on the ground and doing different exercises. This machine is a killer! It's nice because my gym is in the garage and I try to avoid getting down on the ground for too much stuff as it gets a bit dusty out there. Now I don't have to.I like how it folds pretty flat just by taking out a pin. That's a great space-saving feature.A little time on this each day is all it's going to take for a great ab workout. Happy I got it!

Fast assembly-Very good results-Fantastic for abs and arms
I have been using the Ab trainer for several weeks. I currently have it as far up as it will go. It is difficult but feels very good to use my muscles in my core so heavily with comfort. I am in good shape but was really looking to strengthen my core dramatically. The elbow rests are comfortable as are the knee pads. This is a phenomenal workout for my abs. I also feel it in other areas of my body such as my arms, legs, and back muscles. My husband is athletic as well and also feels it is quite difficult. I absolutely think it is worth considering. It took less than 20 minutes to assemble.

Great workout for low impact
I love this little machine! It is a great workout. I got it specifically because it looked good to use for low impact, and It really is. I love that I don’t have to lay on the floor (which hurts my back due to scoliosis) to get a great ab workout.The cushions for the knees and elbows are super plush and great for the body.It’s very easy to assemble and use.I love that it has multiple settings for intensity. My favorite feature is that it folds up small for easy storage and is light weight. I really like this machine and would recommend it to anyone.

Strong core workout
This is the star of my daily workout. I get up every morning to work out. After cardio I do 3 sets of 15 reps on the ab trainer. It's a challenge to pull your own body weight up but the design makes it a reachable move. It glides with ease and is easy on my knees. It folds up neatly and is out of the way in no time. Lastly it was very easy to put together took me all of 20 mins.
