Like most of you I have spent my entire adult life looking for a mascara that doesn’t make me look like a raccoon within 1-3 hours after I applied it. I bought mascaras based on reviews and friends and professional makeup people. I know that I am now becoming one of them and believe me I share and understand your skepticism.Last month I waved the white flag and I scheduled an appointment with the woman who several of my friends who does their lash extensions. Because I had never had them done she recommended that I first try a lash lift and tint. I didn’t even know that was a thing. Plus it was $100 for both and the lift lasts 2 months and if I wanted to do a tint in between I could. I appreciated her reasoning especially when she broke down the time and money that goes into maintaining the extensions.I had the lift and tint and I was happy. I am in the gym 5 days a week so it was exactly what I was looking for but I realized that on the weekends with makeup it may not be “enough “.She knew that I was there because of mascara so when she said that I could wear non waterproof mascara. I laughed and said that I have never found one that does everything people say it does.She took out her Thrive mascara and said that she has had it on since 8 am. It was 5 pm and she said that she hasn’t touched it up or wiped anything away.I went home and ordered it and tried it for the first time 5 days ago.Suffice to say that it is everything that I have been looking for the past 30 years.I pray that if you try it that it works for you as well as it does for me. This is my everyday go-to mascara. I was not blessed with long eye lashes, so I enhance them as much as possible. This one stays put, lasts all day and makes my lashes look far prettier than they are. Plus Thrive gives a portion of all of their sales to help women and children who are victims of domestic violence and are homeless, thus helping them to overcome their fears, become stronger, more independent and be able to take care of themselves and their children.

I've been using the Thrive mascara for years as it is one of the best, if not THE best tubing mascara out there. I decided to buy it off of Amazon for convenience, only to find this is NOT a legitimate product. The mascara I received immediately felt "off". The tube component was lighter in weight and the color of the tube was a slightly different shade than ones I had ordered directly from the Thrive website. It had been a while since I had purchased a new tube, so I chalked it up to a slight change in packaging. No big deal. I gave it a try and immediately noticed that the formula seemed different. Again, I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt since I love this mascara. Maybe the formula needed to dry up a bit in order to give me that voluminous lash look that I was so used to (mascara lovers will understand what I mean by this lol) Welllll, the *real* test came when it was time to take the mascara off. Usually, this is a non issue as tubing mascara s (esp Thrive) come off ridiculously easy by only wetting the lashes. You'll have to clean up a few black flakes in your sink, but nothing too difficult. I knew this wasn't Thrive mascara when I wet my lashes, then went to "pull" the tubes off, and my fingers had smudges on them like what would appear after wetting normal mascara...Huge red flag, and my eyes were very irritated for hours after the face. I ordered the real mascara off of Thrive's website right after that. DO NOT BUY FROM AMAZON.

I love this mascara so much! Here are pics of my results and before using it! I use a primer before and then brush through to separate my lashes and then use my thrive mascara and wow! It makes them so long and does a great job of keeping them separated! I also love when I wash my face it just flakes off instead of smearing everywhere! It doesn’t dust under my eyes either! It’s the best mascara I’ve ever used!

Honestly, I'm from country where is impossible to get original from "brick and mortar store" and also I can't order it from official store so I'm glad to try Thrive by this way. But I really don't know if its fake but I don't think so, the packaging looks good, really tubing getting off, no burning eyes, no smudging.

I've bought this directly from Thrive in the past & decided to buy it on Amazon this time but it's different than the original cuz the Little fibers that act like Lash extensions are MISSING! That's what makes this Mascara exceptional! I noticed later that a re-seller's name was listed as the name. So this one makes your Lashes longer & is a good Mascara BUT not worth the money or the same as when U buy it directly from Thrive!

I have been using this mascara for several years now. It is perfect to help not only extend your lashes but make them a little bit thicker
