Captured: Highgate Preparatory Academy, Book 1

This was a good book. The connection between the characters is very evident and not just because they have very passionate moments. The relationships form very quickly, which is fine, but I prefer a more angsty build up. That would be my only real complaint for lack of better words. I still enjoyed this story and will definitely continue the series. It ends on a cliffhanger but thankfully the other books are out. So, onto the next one!

🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶/5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5The heat in this book is OFF THE CHARTS. Lilly has the confidence a teenage girl could only dream of having, even if sometimes she forces it. The complexity of all the men definitely has her meeting her match, and it’s such an entertaining one. Kai might be my favorite, with his shy yet dominating attitude. The fact that he’s constantly looking out for Lilly, and not as obviously as the others, makes it that much more special when it’s noticed. Jax is a whole mood. His domineering, alpha dog presence has me all ready for him. I’m scared for him though in the next book…Loki is the redhead I NEVER saw coming. With his name we already know he’s going to be the comedian, but he has such a sweetness to him that goes so far against his looks. Ash….my sweet Ash. He’s the most complex of all. His loss is one I could never imagine. The quiet, domineering one is always the one who has the most pain, although Kai does give him a run for his money. The things their parents put them through…I can’t wait for their karma, in the form of 4 men and one woman.I was sucked in so deeply into this story, and it’s one that will haunt me for a while. The cliffhanger….WTF! There goes my tbr list, yet again…

This book was more than I expected it to be! It’s extra spicy with some dominance thrown in! Lily and her 4 hot guys were panty melting and I can’t wait to dive into book 2!

I loved the insta-connection Lilly had with the four boys. Although, Lilly and Ash were a little hot and cold, there was no bullying or anything. You knew he'd give into the magnetism. I liked how all the characters had real problems and were working through them. Their bond before Lilly came was great but she strengthened it. Lilly is tough but sweet. She has vulnerabilities like a normal person and isn't some secret bad @$$ ninja. She is the light to the boys' darkness. This book was about the characters meeting and getting to know each. There's a ton of mystery surrounding the death of Lilly's mom and the boys' dads who are a little too interested in her. There was a cliffhanger at the end that gave a big clue but lots more to be unraveled.I will say something that completely annoyed me as a reader was the constant name drop of certain clothing and shoe companies. It felt like they sponsored the book, it was so frequent. It was out of character for Lilly who supposedly doesn't like rich entitled people. If you like high steam and a decent plot you'll like this one. The M/M mentioned is 2 of the guys kiss on a dare. There's no real M/M but there are a lot 3somes and group xxx.

I loved Lilly and her guys. Can we say HOT 🔥 🥵 this was a great start to a trilogy. We learn Lilly along with each if her guys are broken and it will take the love of everyone to fill in the holes and be whole again. And the guys what can other than 🔥❤️🌶🔥❤️🌶🔥🔥🌶🌶🥵🥵🥵🥵 excited to start the next book.

This is my first book by Rosa Lee and it was great! It was super spicy but also has a great story to go with it. I had a hard time putting this book down and am so ready to dive into the next one! Definitely worth 5 stars!

I really enjoyed Captured, Lilly is sent from the UK to the US for school. She’s alone in the US and grieving her mom. She’s at a really low point when she gets to Highgate Prep. She meets the guys, and everything starts to change. This book is a fast-burn with a TON of steamy/spicy scenes. I LOVE smut and they were delicious scenes, but there were too many for me. From the start it was smexy scene after smexy scene and not much happened plot wise until the very end. I hope that the next book has more of a balance. That being said, the cliffhanger left me curious as to where the story will go next. I’m looking forward to reading the next one!

Captured is Rosa Lee's debut novel. It's a fast burn, insta-love RH set in an academy. There's some extremely light bullying from outside of the harem, but not from the harem itself. Although set in an academy setting, very little of the book focuses on the school aspect.Okay ladies, let's talk. Steam. Smut. Spice. Whatever you want to call it, this book is full of it. By far the most smexy scenes I have ever seen in a book. If too much steam is a turn off for you, then this one isn't for you. I'd estimate a good 60-70% is dedicated to steamy scenes.Unusually for me - I liked all of the main characters. I'm used to maybe licking one harem to keep as mine, but this time, I wouldn't be able to choose. They are all delicious. Lilly is also very likeable, and I liked the dynamic between her and the guys. I'd quite happily take her place.I was able to feel quite a few emotions while reading, which I always find a bonus. The unanswered questions throughout built up nicely, and I'm looking forward to finding out answers in upcoming books.

This book is the first time I've read Rosa.They've been on my TBR FOREVER.From page one, I was riveted and couldn't put it down.A Superb plot that had me addicted.The storyline is about Lillys, who goes to Highgate Preparatory. On arrival, she is taken to her dorm, and there she has to room with Loki, Ash, Kai, and Jax, who soon entwine with her life.Each boy brings a different outlook on Lilly's life.This book is a Romance, Dark Contemporary with alpha male/ RH/ boarding school/ Billionaire tropes.Also, lots of spice, of the chart spice, which left me needing a cold drink.Now onto book two, as this ended in a cliffhanger, leaving me wanting more asap.

Lilly's and her Blackridge Knights' story has had me addicted from the start. This was a new to me author and I can say that I was blown away with how phenomenal the writing is, how much I loved Lilly, and how hot the guys are. I love how quirky Lilly is, she is hilarious, and at times made me short really unattractively. The guys each of them, speak to a part of me, I love them all and really cannot pick a favourite. Whenever I think I can pick a favourite, a new thing with one of the others would make me doubt and refuse to pick one. Loki, like his name a complete jokester, Jax the silent broody protective one, Kai the geeky darkhorse and Ash, the leader and the protector. I Honestly cannot pick one. This book managed to give me ALL THE FEELS, even teary at some points. I love the intrigue and mystery throughout and I can't wait to read more.

Wow this book is dark and beautiful and it follows one light lilly and her 4 hunky men first is....Jax to me he's the muscle he's the big guy who has a big heartAsh Mr grumpy but a leader who has so many demonsLoki like the god himself loki is a mischief maker and a beautiful lover who makes me laugh and then there isKai the quiet but deadly one, as the saying goes its the quieter ones that you have to look out for and kai is the epitomy of silent but deadly.I love the dynamics of this bunch and really need the 2nd book like now lol

OMG , i need the next book now.I loved every second of this book , i was completely hooked from start to finish.I love Lilly so much she is so sassy and doesn't let her guys get away with anything.I've not got a favourite guy , i love them all. I love how they all complement eachother and Lilly.I'm so excited to read more in this series , i would definitely recommend it.
