Great, easy, quick receipes!

This cookbook has our son eating to play hockey! The titles of the dishes and the simple organized layout is helpful. Recipes are organized according to before, during and after games and workouts - we love that our 15 year old is thinking about his food intake!!

Some ingredients quite specific (product placement anyone?)
