These are a possible fire hazard. I don't recommend
I bought these reducers for my main ceiling fan. For a couple of months they works great. Then my lights started to flicker. Then two of three stopped working all together. When I took off the light bowl if found two damaged reducer sockets. I e as the picture shows broke off into the main socket all together and the other was bent. I do not recommend these they are a fire hazard. I had to use a needle nose pliers to get one reducer out.

Great adapter to reuse bulbs I can still buy
Worked for my pot lights that used eu24 bulbs which are harder to find. e27 is much more universal.Adapter is plastic but made well. e27 socket is a good snug fit not loose.
