Perfect for my mom’s magnifying lamp!
My mom is losing her eyesight, and uses her magnifying lamp a lot. The bulb burned out, so she had to resort to a flashlight in one hand and a magnifying glass in the other, making it awkward to hold what she was trying to read! I took the lamp apart and saw what type of bulb it needed, but there was no identifying part number on it or on the lamp. I googled what I was looking for, which led me to this bulb. It’s perfect! Easy to install and work well.
These bulbs keep some very functional magnifier lamps shining brightly around my house long after the Fry's I bought them from went out of business! Easy to replace and fit well.

Works well, and no wiggles (a good connection), and hence good lighting. Bright but not too bright. Love it for reading, etc, etc. (great for a magnifier for small things like tying flies. A good deal.

They Work, Just don't Last Long
These fit my fixture and worked, but blew out way before bulbs I have had in the past. They aren't cheap, either. Not overly impressed. But, it is also not that easy to find this size and shape of bulb, so I buy them.
