I wanted to like it but no way. Alot isn't good w/it. Live & Learn. 1st off (like other reviews) IS that god awful fish smell. As they said it's a sign of bad bacteria w/it & rancid (gross & dangerous) & I don't think it's suppose to smell this bad (& it's bad) to be healthy. Another issue is that no ingredients listing is on the pkg other than an amount of Spirilina & I only justified it cause I know what Spirilina basically has in it so I just looked past that but regardless it's really suppose to list all that's in it on the label. So that's not good to do. The description area page of the product says things about what's in it but they're kinda vague in that too. I regret buying this & wasting the money. I threw it away. My next issue is after trying it for several doses (of 2 days per the directions & taking it the right way) I had some nausea & breathing was a little shallow (not life dangering just a little shallow as best I can describe it so I threw it away. Didn't wanna pay to send it back just a Live & Learn situation. It's a shame cause GOOD Spirilina is worth taking. There's an Hawaiian kind I've taken before w/no issues but reviews are now bad on that. Sheesh. So don't order this & don't take a chance w/your health if u value your health. If u do (just to compare w/the so called good reviews then good luck. Just warning others what happened to me. It wasn't life dangering (thank God) but it wasn't pleasant either. Wish it wasn't so but it is. Also I really don't like the fact that no ingredients are listed on the label. I wonder if by law you're suppose to? If so could depend on each states law & requirements. Oh well I just Lived & Learned once again

So I am on the 2nd bottle I ordered of from this company. 1st bottle not sure if I had bad batch or body was adjusting, but it gave me loose stools. If I took regularly after a couple days my stomach would start to get better but if I missed a dose it would screw me up. I've taken spirulina off and on for years with no effects. And I started with 1 pill 2x daily n slowly increased to 2 pills 2x daily.Towards the end of the bottle my tummy troubles were starting to become more sporadic so I decided to try a second bottle. I'm so glad I did for I've had no issues at all.

This is my first time taking this product. I take 3 in the morning and then 3 in late afternoon. I have felt the difference with my body temparture rising and digestion has been good. I am vegetarian so my bowel movements are somewhat mushy loose. I found that this makes my bowel more solid and I feel like i am completely emptying my bowels. When I first started the Spirulina I was very gases from both ends but after taking for almost 3 weeks I do not have the gas after taking them. I did make the mistake of taking this supplement after 7pm and was up for hours and not tired. I was ready to go seize the night. I do feel an uptake in my energy. I will purchase Spirulina again but I may try a different name brand to see if there are any differences as I have read that different brands may be more "potent" due to how it is or not processed.

Spirulina is one of the best Green supplements on the planet. Spirulina is one of the best superfoods on the planet but taking it as a supplement can be difficult. That is why I love Precision Naturals spirulina capsules. They are easy to take throughout the day. I just need a glass of water. Since I have started taking spirulina I have noticed I have more energy especially on the days when I dont' eat great. Overall this is a great product everyone should add to their daily routine.

I take this because I had Autoimmune diseases. A friend turned me on to this product and told me that I probably had Candida overgrowth which caused my Autoimmune issues. They told me this is known to help. Since taking this for a bit things have definitely progressed for the better and I feel like my health is really improving. After researching spirulina I found many more benefits for it as well. This is something everyone should add to their diet.

Precision naturals never fails to amaze me. This spirulina is just my favorite out of all their supplements, not because the others weren’t effective but because this is rich in protein that helps me gain more muscle mass! I’m doing everything to get my ideal body and this is such a major help. I love it!

Bought because of all the rave reviews, as I've been trying to hop on the health train. And I've got to say I am very pleased. Already feel a little bit more energy and has helped with my blood pressure, and I'm only on my first bottle.
