Voltage Valet Beverage Heater

I bought this to bring to Africa - followed all the directions exactly, used a surge protector and voltage converter. Used it once. Second time it took 30 minutes to heat up. Then it did not work anymore. Trash.I cannot return it or have another sent because I am in Africa.DO NOT BUY THIS.

I bought this heater because I was so tired of tasting coffee in my tea when I stayed in hotels. It heats relatively quickly and is easy to use and makes my day when I want hot tea that really tastes like tea.

The heater was used once with the appropriate electrical adapter plug. The unit then failed to work. I do not have the original receipt and the company will not honor its warranty without it. Please, save your money and do not buy this product.If yours fails, take it back to the store where you bought it. If enough are returned, then they may stop selling them.
